The production and customization of the cosmetic products take place in our laboratory in Austria. Highest quality under strict controls guarantees an excellent product!
We produce our personalized cosmetic products in Austria, where we have the most modern technologies available on approximately 1,000 m².
Machines fill the individual formulations of each customer and automatically create the required product information files and reports.
Our laboratory currently produces around 20,000 personalized serums per month. However, a timely increase in machine production capacity to 200,000 formulations per month is planned.
We also accept orders for contract manufacturing of cosmetics. Our laboratory can produce concentrates or highly concentrated serums in quantities ranging from one to 5,000 liters.
The cosmetics department of our laboratory always produces highly compatible and completely risk-free products that are manufactured to the highest standards.
Before tap water is used in production, it is demineralized by reverse osmosis. Remaining salts are removed by double distillation. Storing the water at 80°C reliably inhibits bacterial growth and ensures the best water quality for production.
All raw materials from new suppliers are tested for heavy metals, PAHs, and their active ingredient concentrations, as well as subjected to microbiological tests before they are included in the range and approved for cosmetic production.
Throughout the production process, each batch with raw material concentrates is monitored for active ingredient content and microbiology, so that each personalized cosmetic product has undergone about 25 quality checks by the end.
The effectiveness of cosmetic products depends not only on the formulation but also on the skin’s absorption capacity. Some active ingredients can easily penetrate the skin, while others need to be specially processed before they can be absorbed.
In our laboratory, different technologies are used during production to significantly increase the absorption of active ingredients through the skin. This means that some active ingredients, such as coenzyme Q10, are encapsulated in liposomes, while others can penetrate through so-called microcarriers.
In this respect, our personalized cosmetic products clearly outperform many conventional products from other manufacturers.
Since our genes significantly determine our individual need for active ingredients, general recommendations for cosmetics are ineffective. Instead, they can even cause issues such as skin intolerance.
Therefore, we derive the tailored formulation for each customer through genetic analysis and create a personalized active ingredient mixture from it. The genetic test is conducted under strict guidelines in our DNA laboratory.
Our customers thus receive a personalized cosmetic product that precisely meets their individual need for active ingredients, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
For our personalized cosmetics, we examine over 20 genetic variants that can affect the condition of the skin according to current research.
From the genetic information, we can deduce which individual dose of active ingredients is necessary to best counteract skin aging.
The suppliers of the raw materials must meet high-quality standards so that our laboratory can ensure the most effective cosmetics.
For the production of cosmetics, we prefer to use active ingredients from biological sources because they usually have higher bioavailability and are also better tolerated.
Since some active ingredients are not available in the required form from biological sources, we also synthesize some raw materials pharmaceutically.

Our natural cosmetics according to ISO 16128 refer to cosmetic products that are primarily made from natural ingredients.
In contrast to conventional products, they contain fewer synthetic or chemical components and instead rely on natural ingredients. In addition, we have also improved the formulation and texture.

Synthetic active ingredients are not only extremely pure but also more stable compared to biological raw materials. Despite the generally lower bioavailability of pharmaceutical active ingredients, the laboratory uses substances from both sources to produce our cosmetic products.
Our customers benefit from the advantages of both active ingredient sources and can look forward to a maximally effective cosmetic product.
Of course, the individually produced cosmetic product carries a label with the customer’s name. Together with the analysis report, the product is shipped in high-quality packaging.
