The Genetic Influence on Our Nutritional Needs

Our genes significantly determine both the required amount of macronutrients and the individual need for micronutrients. A specific formula may perfectly suit one person but may under- or oversupply another.

That is why the composition of a vitamin supplement for the required amount of micronutrients such as minerals and trace elements must align with the relevant genetic factors. After all, there is no universal supplement.

For our NutriMe Complete supplement, we analyze over 50 genes that, as shown in scientific studies, influence the metabolism of micronutrients and are therefore relevant to nutrient needs.

Lisa
NQO1 Gene Mutation

This gene is necessary for the activation of the antioxidant Q10. If it does not function properly, as in Lisa’s case, it is crucial to supplement alternative antioxidants. Lisa’s personalized mix excludes Q10 – instead, it includes Vitamin C, E, and ALA in higher doses.

Martin
HFE Gene Mutation

Martin must be careful not to let his iron levels get too high. Due to the gene mutation, his body absorbs too much iron – he should never have iron in his supplement! This could be harmful to Martin.

Claire
MTHFR Gene Mutation

Folic acid is very important for the body! The MTHFR gene activates folic acid and makes it usable for our body. If this gene is mutated, a folate deficiency is the result! Claire now directly supplements the active form in her NutriMe, as folic acid from food does not have the desired effect.

A new way of personalized supplementation

Each customer receives a tailored NutriMe Complete. Based on the genetic analysis conducted, we can add nutrients according to the individual needs of the analyzed person and portion them into useful daily servings.

NutriMe Complete enables optimal provision of essential minerals, vitamins, trace elements, and secondary plant compounds, preventing potentially harmful excesses or deficiencies of various nutrients.

Our personalized and approved supplement NutriMe Complete is produced under the highest standards in our laboratory in Austria.

NutriMe Complete includes only premium raw materials

For NutriMe Complete, we select only high-quality raw materials. This means we preferably use micronutrients and fillers from organic sources.

Our microtransporters are composed of indigestible plant fibers and corn starch. For example, we source calcium from calcified algae cultivated in the pristine waters of Iceland.

Other examples include our magnesium filtered from seawater, lutein extracted from chard, our phytosterols from soybeans, or lycopene derived from tomatoes.

Pure and stable micronutrients from pharmaceutical production

Since some active ingredients are not available in the form we need from nature, we synthesize these micronutrients pharmaceutically to ensure our customers benefit from the maximum efficacy of their NutriMe Complete supplements.
Synthetically produced micronutrients are also more stable and extremely pure, resulting in a smaller overall volume of the personalized supplement, making it easier to take.
Our synthetically manufactured raw materials also boast excellent quality. Depending on the personal nutrient mix, NutriMe Complete contains about 90% organic and 10% pharmaceutically created raw materials.

NutriMe is

LACTOSE FREE

NO FILLERS

GLUTEN FREE

NO ARTIFICIAL COLORANTS

NO ADDED SUGAR

NutriMe is unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans due to the use of beeswax as a flavor neutralizer and fish oil as a source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Improved efficacy through our microtransporter technology

For NutriMe Complete, we load small hard pellets with the included micronutrients. Through these microtransporters, we can easily and accurately mix any nutrient formula. Moreover, the hard packaging offers a longer shelf life compared to liquid preparations or powdered forms as the microtransporters protect nutrients better from oxygen exposure.

Optimized micronutrient absorption

Another significant advantage of the microtransporters is the timed release of the included micronutrients. This ensures that the nutrients are absorbed throughout the day in the best possible way, avoiding problems associated with conventional supplements.

Daily and moderate micronutrient supply

Conventional supplements often overwhelm the body with excessive doses in a short period, causing rapid breakdown of most nutrients and failing to achieve the desired effect. In contrast, our microtransporters gradually release the included micronutrients in small doses, providing your body with a consistent supply throughout the day.

Spatially separated release prevents blocked absorption

Because certain micronutrients like zinc and calcium are absorbed through the same intestinal channels, they can inhibit each other. Packaging these nutrients in different microtransporters enables spatially separated release in small quantities, preventing blocked absorption.

Best absorption properties through combined ingredients

Other micronutrients enhance each other’s absorption. By loading the same microtransporters with calcium and vitamin D, for example, we can optimize their respective absorption.

Useful daily pouch for precise dosing

We portion the individually tailored mix of micronutrients for each customer into practical daily pouches. This allows us to always precisely dose the daily intake and reliably prevent possible over- or under-supply.

We deliver the daily pouches in a high-quality dispenser containing the ordered quantity for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days.

How are our NutriMe Complete micronutrients consumed?

NutriMe Complete is very easy to take. Simply open the pouch containing the daily dose by hand or scissors and comfortably swallow the pellets with a sip of water.

An alternative method of intake is to stir the daily dose into yogurt and then consume it. However, care should be taken not to chew the neutral-tasting pellets, as this would make it harder to absorb the included micronutrients.

NOTE THE FORMULA!

NutriMe Complete changes over time

If you have been taking NutriMe Complete for a long time, you may have noticed that the composition of our supplement changes over time.

This is not a manufacturing error but is entirely intentional, as we adjust the formula to the user’s changing nutrient needs and new scientific findings.

If the mixture of the supplement contains new components or the number of daily pouches has changed, this is due to the following reasons:

Increased need with age

With age, our bodies require certain micronutrients more due to metabolic changes. For each year of life, we recalculate the necessary dosage to ensure you continually receive the best possible composition.

Changed lifestyle

If a customer changes their lifestyle, this can affect their micronutrient needs, requiring higher or lower dosages of certain vitamins and minerals. If you inform us about any changes to your lifestyle, we will automatically update the composition of NutriMe Complete for you.

More recent analysis results

Before the next production of your NutriMe Complete, if we receive new analysis results, we incorporate them directly into the composition, allowing for completely new nutrients or adjusted dosages based on results from various genetic or blood tests.

Changed health condition

A changed health condition, such as the development of diseases, can increase the need for certain micronutrients to support the immune system. For optimal effectiveness of NutriMe Complete, we adapt the mix accordingly to the specific health case.

New scientific findings

Scientists are continually gaining new insights into genetics. Various studies explore how specific gene mutations affect our health and what dietary needs arise. If existing guidelines are disproved in these studies, we adapt NutriMe Complete to the latest scientific findings.

Optimized effectiveness

Our top priority is to provide you with the maximum effectiveness of NutriMe Complete at all times. Therefore, we occasionally supplement the individual formula of a customer with additional micronutrients to enhance their well-being.

Increasing concentration

Our customers prefer to take as few supplements as possible. Therefore, we constantly aim to maximize the nutrient content of our pellets, which may change the pellet count per daily pouch while maintaining the same mix ratio.

Portioning into two daily pouches

If your personal nutrient needs exceed a certain pellet quantity, we portion this into two daily pouches that you should consume each day in addition to your diet.

Guaranteed doping-free NutriMe Complete

For athletes, it is essential to consume doping-free micronutrients. Manufacturers of supplements can ensure this by having their products analyzed by external testing bodies, such as the Cologne List.

Since NutriMe Complete is individually tailored for each customer, our products unfortunately cannot be tested and certified in this way.

Doping-free seal from our laboratory for complete certainty

With the development of our own testing procedure, we can still guarantee a doping-free nutrient mix. In this process, we analyze a maximum mixture of all active ingredients and examine them for doping substances. We perform this process every three months and whenever we include new raw materials or suppliers in the production of our products.

Since NutriMe Complete exclusively contains tested substances in modified dosages, we can entirely exclude prohibited substances from our supplement, assuring athletes of safe consumption.

All products tested by us within this framework, such as NutriMe Complete, are marked with our seal bearing the inscription “Regular Doping Substance testing of Raw Materials”.

NutriMe Complete is additionally customizable

We can make adjustments to NutriMe Complete for any formula – even in milligram ranges.

To determine the optimal composition, we consider various pieces of information. The more details we have, such as completing the questionnaire, the more accurately we can adjust the micronutrient amount to the customer’s individual needs.

Customization of the NutriMe Complete mixture is possible using the following information:

Science:

To date, there are approximately 4 million scientific publications investigating the effects of specific genetic variations on the human body. A typical finding from such research might read: “If you carry genetic variant X, vitamin Y cannot be properly converted and may remain ineffective.” Only those genetic variants whose effects have been independently confirmed by at least three different studies are included in our program. Therefore, each genetic trait identified in the analysis is supported by multiple scientific studies. You can find the relevant references at the end of each section. The genetic characteristics identified through this analysis are thus based on scientific research.

Recommendations:

Recommendations are based on your genetic profile. These recommendations, derived from your genetic characteristics, are often not confirmed by clinical trials but rather represent logical interpretations. For example, if a certain vitamin is shown to be ineffective due to a genetic variant, a logical conclusion might be to suggest an alternative nutrient with a similar function. This can involve adjustments to your diet or supplementation. It is important to understand that the recommendations developed by our experts are not based on randomized, placebo-controlled trials, but rather represent logical conclusions drawn from your individual genetic traits.
