In the contact form, select “Find a partner near me” and enter your postal code and city. Optionally, tell us your interests, such as genetic analyses, laboratory tests or personalized food supplements. With your consent, we forward your inquiry to a suitable partner in your region, who will usually contact you directly. Medical genetic analyses are generally ordered and supervised by a physician. The specific requirements differ depending on the country and the type of test.

Request a partner referral

Contact the professional partner through whom you received the analysis – for example your physician, nutritionist or physiotherapist, or your gym or beauty salon. Your partner knows your situation and will discuss the results with you personally.

In the contact form, select “I am already a partner”. If you include your partner or analysis number, we can match your message right away. You can reach us by phone at +49 251 92871990 (Germany) or +41 41 525 10 01 (Switzerland), Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 2 pm (Central European Time). Your personal contact at ProGenom is also available to you. You can access your partner area via the partner login.
